REVIEW

Tah kenapa gelap sgt ni

As I have mentioned couple of times before, I am still on the hunt for a great night cream. For night skincare, I prefer a thick, creamy moisturizer for my face because I sleep in an air-conditioned room, so yeah. It's pretty dry. My skin tend to get really dry at night and if I don't moisturize them well, I will get dry patches around my mouth area. Even if I don't use proper day cream pon boleh jadi dry patches jugak. Pelik kan. Muka oily pon boleh ada dry patches. It sucks.

So I was browsing The Body Shop punya website, nak tengok lah night cream apa baguih. I read few reviews online and stuff and this night cream punya review macam quite bagus. Then aku jalan-jalan pi shopping mall, of course masuk The Body Shop and I asked the SA which night cream is the best? Then she recommended me this night cream jugak. So yeah, I just gotta have it lah kan. Aku pon belilah full price... Hoslkdaskdj

Okay so this jar has 50ml of product, which is the normal night cream/moisturizer amount. But the price... Goddang pricey. It was 75 bucks. Yep. I never actually buy a night cream that costs more than RM50. You know why... Coz I'm a cheapskate. LOL.

Texture: It has quite thick, creamy texture and after you blend it with your skin it almost feels like oil. Vitamin E pah, duh. It's not a thin night cream so I can give 4/5 lah. It does have scent, but not sure what it is but some people said it has some kind of rosey scent? I don't know. LOL. But it smells pretty good.

Moisture-ness: Since it has that creamy oily texture, surprisingly it's quite moisturizing. I feel like if a moisturizer is fused with oil or something, the texture mesti quite thin and not moisturizing at all. But this feels amazing on the skin, my skin memang betul-betul cukup makan lah orang kata. If I had few dry patches, the next day memang kurang terus. Still ada tapi memang can feel it worked. So I just have to use it every night to make sure the dry patches really gone pooofffff. I give 4/5 jugak lah!

Sometimes if I feel like putting more moisturizing stuff, I will add The Body Shop Vitamin E Overnight Serum-in-Oil. I love them together. Memang muka aku akan jadi grease ball but I don't care because at least I can feel that my face really supple... Ahhh. So noice.

Final thoughts: Well, you know what I'm gonna say kan... I FREAKING LOVE THIS NIGHT CREAM. Haha. I think it has kinda quite perfect consistency that I love. Even though I have oily skin, it doesn't break me out. Some creamy/oily cream can make me breakouts all over the face, cystic acne and stuff blerghh but this is pretty amazing. I do recommend this night cream if you have dry patches. Like I said, it's pretty oily so you don't really have to apply that much. If it's not that pricey maybe I'll give it a full 5 stars... Worth every penny though. Haha.

Update (23/2/2016): Well, I just did some research on the ingredients. It contains so much fragrance and preservatives. I already repurchased one, I don't think I will buy after that. Uwaaaa. Why Pah whyyyyyyyy WHHHHYYYY BODY SHOP WHYYYYYYY
