Current Skincare Routine - February 2016

Assalamualaikum and hello my lovely readers. Weeeee.

Okay. First of all, I would like to thank my readers. Okay this is a short appreciation thingy here. I published my first post in this blog officially on 13 April 2015 and it is February, still have few months left to April and I already have almost 50,000 page views. (jauh lagi pah oi) For me, that is quite a lot. Even 10k pon I was like, holy crap there are people reading my silly, lame blog. LOL. I know most of my friends are my silent readers and other beautiful people in the "beauty community" that has been silent readers as well. I want to thank yall for supporting me, giving me few suggestions and whatnot. So far I have not receive any hate comments, well let's hope not. My blog is not safe for children but I know most of my readers are girly girls so most cursed words I have already replaced and whatnot... F words la mostly... Anyways. Thank you so much. Hohohoh.

Anyways, long intro. I just wanna share my current skincare routine. LOL.

You know when I'm out of idea, I mostly tiru what's on trend now. HAHAHAH kesian kan busy pulak tu. Pffft got no time lorrr

Remove face time

To remove my makeup aka my face, I always use cleansing water. Currently I am using the Biore Perfect Cleansing Water. My Sephora cleansing water actually dah nak habis but I put in a travel bottle la just in case I need to remove anything while travelling. (bila pulak ko travel pah oi)

The Biore cleansing water is quite effective in removing waterproof mascara. Usually I use the L'Oreal Makeup Remover for waterproof mascara but that one sucks ass.

Then I use the Nutox Cleansing Oil just to make sure all the makeup on muh face is totally gone. Bye bye bye.

Cleanse

For cleansing, I just use my Himalaya Neem Face Wash. Also trying out the Himalaya Oil Control Lemon Face Wash. I kinda like it. Smells so fricking good. LOL. If I want to deep cleanse, I will use it with my Olay Pro-X brush. I have posted a review on it a while ago, will put all of the related links down below. LOL.

Scrub/Exfoliate

I only scrub when I feel like scrubbing? LOL. I do it once a week... Or whenever I feel like exfoliating. LOL. Basically once a week lah. My favourite exfoliator of all fricking time is of course The Body Shop Seaweed Facial Exfoliator. It's in my 2015 Skincare Faves. I love it so much I can't use other exfoliators. My skin feels so smooth and ahh wonderful. I love it so much! Plus it doesn't feel so abrasive on the skin. It's almost a gentle exfoliator but it's not. LOL

Mask

Ahhh I have lots of fave masks but for now I am using the Innisfree Super Volcanic Clay Mousse Mask. I really love this mask, your pores are squeaky clean after using it ya know! Also, I've been trying the Mario Badescu Temporary Lifting Mask. This mask is fricking magic. If you have important event or just wanna look flawless with makeup, apply this and leave it for 10 mins and I swear you skin will look so fricking flawless and so firm! Memang lifting betul lah. Magic. Takpe I will post a full review soon ok. Hahaha.

Tone

I've been using Nutox Astringent Toner for so long and recently I have been using it with the Bio-Essence 24k Bio-Gold Gold Water. The Gold Water is not exactly water, more like a gel texture. So I kinda treat it as a serum but I put it in the "tone" section because I use it after I apply the Nutox toner.

Serum

Of course you know what serum I always use and recommend. LOL. Nutox Serum Concentrate, always and forever. Well not forever but you know what I mean. LOL.

Eye cream

I am using The Body Shop Vitamin E Eye Cream for now. Like I said in my previous posts, not gonna repurchase it but this is what I have for now.

Moisturizer

For day time, I am currently using The Body Shop Tea Tree Clearing Lotion. It has a gel consistency so it's not heavy for oily skin. It's the only moisturizer that works for me (for now at least). I don't really have a plan to change it. LOL.

For night time, I am using The Body Shop Vitamin E Nourishing Night Cream. I am considering to repurchase this because I feel like it's the most moisturizing night cream I have ever tried other than the Yves Rocher ones.

Extra extra sumthin'

I am actually trying out the Garden of Eden Rosa E. It is for reducing pigmentation and wrinkles. LOL. I don't really know why I bought it, I just wanna try it for my acne scars and few wrinkles... Maybe. LOL.

For acne scars, I use Hiruscar. It really works if you really massage it into your skin. If you just dab it, it won't work.

For extra moisturizing stuff, I always use The Body Shop Vitamin E Overnight Serum-in-Oil. If I have like super dry skin or my skin just not glowing, I will use this.

So yeah. I guess that's all I wanna share for today.

Thank you for reading and thank you for everything <3

  1. Nutox toner tu ok ke for oily face, I don't like putting moisturizer ke toner sbb muka jd super oily after an hour or so

    1. sbnrnya oily skin lg kena pakai moisturizer sbb skin kita rasa dry tu psl dia keluar excess sebum.

so far Alhamdulillah pakai ok hehe, dia tak buat muka jadi kering sbb takde alkohol
