Review: Sephora Prep & Perfect; Pore & Fine Line Filler

Assalamualaikum and hello ladies!

Finally I'm back. Sorry I have been away for weeks. I've been busy and procrastinating. Teehee but never mind lah I'm back already but I'm not making promises ok. LOL

So, I visited Sephora last 2-3 weeks macam tu kot. LOL. OMG pergi Sephora sorang-sorang, window shopping dalam tu is truly heaven but also headache tengok prices. HAHAH. You know me lah, I'm cheapskate. But also I was listing products that I actually wanted to buy/invest. Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation is on the top of my wishlist. Sebab it's waterproof, sweatproof what proof proof. REALLY WANT IT. Also, duk usha MUFE Step 1 Primer. Oh my lord that thing cost a fortune, but I REALLY REALLY REALLY WANT IT. Hohohoho damn pah boleh berlubang poket masuk Sephora.

Anyways, I was searching for "cheap" primers in Sephora. Bahaha not so much choice. All RM100++ above, I was literally crying on the inside. LULZ. Then aku pun duk usha-usha dekat belah Sephora brand and I actually found a "cheap" primer. Ada satu lagi primer, smoothing one. But that one of course lah silicone based, but heck yang aku beli ni pon silicone based but it's not fully silicone? I don't know. LULZ

Unfortunately I cannot find any info for this product. It says here on the tube: Instantly targets and erases the appearance of pores and fine lines for smooth, perfected skin. Non-comedogenic

REVIEW

So the consistency is almost similar like Benefit Porefessional except it is thicker. It's not too oily for me lah. I actually love this primer. I usually get very oily 2-3 hours after pakai makeup, but with this, it's not that bad. I don't know if I can say that this is the dupe for Benefit Porefessional. But it has very similar texture and function (LOL) and of course much cheaper. It costs only RM56. Which is okay lah for a primer. Even Revlon punya primer pon almost RM60. Sephora brand products pon actually not that bad. It is quite affordable and great color selections. I am actually eyeing for the Luster Matte Lip Color tapi macam tak masuk Malaysia lagi. So yeah.

So far, I don't really see the Cons, I really love this product. I can't really say bad thing about it. Honestly, I feel it is much better than the Porefessional. My opinion lah. I don't know bout you. Bahahahhahaha. Oh and it does not break me out. At all. Kalau pakai Porefessional, mesti ada satu bijik keluar. Bahaha.

My verdict: I really really love this primer. I think I will repurchase it because I actually use it daily or whenever I get out of the house. I give it a 4 stars lah, I feel so generous today. I LOVE IT!!~~~ Would I recommend this? HELLS YEAHS. If you guys were looking for cheaper alternative to the Benefit Porefessional, you guys should try this one.

Update 1/10/2015: Now you can purchase through online at Luxola. Go buy now! CLICK HERE!

Wow I feel like this is the shortest review I've ever written, but hey. You gotta do what you gotta do. Pfffft. So that's it guys. I hope this helps you... LOL. Thanks. Bye

  1. Thank you for your review. I went through a few tubes of life professional and decided I want to try a different pore filler. Saw this and I just had to grab it for the price and qty! Besides Sephora products are mainly made in france! This prep & perfect is made in italy! I like!
